Shipping Policy

Shipping

Once your order payment is confirmed, we will prepare your items and ship them within two business days (this does not apply to pre-orders). We will ship Monday- Friday. All items will be shipped from Southern California. Average delivery times are 1-5 working days. 

We can can cancel orders up to the point of shipping with no fees or penalties.

Delays may occur, specially during holidays and other high traffic times. Shipping may take longer than usual due to COVID -19 related cancellation and/or reduction of flights, we ask that you please be patient. Please refer to the USPS, UPS or DHL websites and use tracking information provided. We are very grateful for your patience and support.

Safety of Orders

We will package and send each order with the upmost care. All regular size 4 inch POPs will be shipped inside a .5mm protector ( does not apply to damaged POPs on sale). We ship our orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL service includes tracking and $100 insurance will automatically be included for each package. If you would like additional insurance please let us know.

In the unlikely event your order is lost or stolen, we will contact the USPS to initiate an investigation. Once we have received the outcome we will replace or refund your order up to the insured amount. 

Undelivered Orders 

In the unlikely event your order is returned to us, which may be the result of an incorrect address, undeliverable address or if the order is unclaimed after several attempts by the USPS. We will contact you via email to coordinate a reshipment, store credit or refund. Shipping fees may be required depending on the cause of the undelivered order.
